It has been quite a few days since I have left anything on here. That is because I have become employed! It is good because I definitely needed to the money, but at the same time, its just a seasonal retail job so I have been working different hours everyday and at all times of the day. So, it has definitely been cutting into my me time a lot. Either I am at work or I am too exhausted from work to do anything besides crash on my bed. It is really kind of getting me down because I feel like I don't have time for any of the things I love anymore. Why does being an adult have to suck so much?! I have really been trying to keep talking myself up and trying to find the strength to just push through it.
Anyway, I have been very slowly trying move along on my projects despite my little time. I have gotten a little bit typed for my chapter 2 of my book, but I haven't gotten very far. My next day off isn't for another 4 days, but i do want to get some more done then so I can update you a little more on where that's going. Mainly I have been thinking about my event planning business. Every time I get a paycheck, I am going to put a little aside so that in three years, I can officially open the business. I have been working on my business plan and I really like where it is going. I have also been building more on the website I started for it. I like how it is coming along. Next I really want to try and work on creating a logo that I can use and I have in my mind how I think I would like for it to look, but I just haven't found the time yet to dabble with it. Hopefully I can get to that on my day off as well.
Other than that I haven't really accomplished that much because I have been so tired lately. So please pray that I will find the strength to get through this crazy schedule and long days. My goal is once my boyfriend gets out of law school, then we can concentrate more on my dreams and he can be the one to be bringing in the $$. Until then though, please bare with me and I will bring you as many blog updates as I can!
